Kylie Jenner has revealed herself to be a major fangirl of Rosalia just like us. The only difference is she’s a billionaire who can afford to take the Spanish superstar for mimosas in the middle of the afternoon – and we can’t.
Rosalia, 26, flew over to Los Angeles last week and was clearly welcomed with open arms as Kylie, 22, wasted no time in treating the pop star to afternoon tea.
Except there was no tea involved as they clinked glasses of mimosas while enjoying a good gossip in a pretty garden.
And we have a massive sense of FOMO.
Even their wardrobes were in sync with both choosing snazzy outfits – Rosalia in a tie-dye crop top and matching joggers while Kylie went for the monochrome look with black and white chequered leggings.
Kylie captioned the snaps: ‘Madre mía rosalía’ and ‘in love with her vibe,’ alongside a heart emoji.
Proving to be a girl after our own hearts, Rosalia simply said: ‘Mimosaaaaassss [sic].’
We definitely expect to be invited to the next bottomless prosecco brunch.
It’s believed Kylie became a huge fan of Rosalia after she worked with her ex-boyfriend Travis Scott. She then started playing Rosalia’s music in her Instagram stories and the rest was history.
Rosalia, full name Rosalia Vila Tobella, has been making the most of her time in sunny LA.
Most notably, she attended the Billboard Women In Music Awards last Thursday where she was honoured with the rising star gong, presented to her by Lauren Jauregui.
In his speech, the Con Altura singer said: ‘My mom I remember, she used to do so many things, I don’t know how she did so many things at the same time, she was amazing…
‘When I was 15, 16, I started going to a studio and my biggest inspiration were women, like Lola Flores from Spain or Janis Joplin or Patti Smith.’
She continued: ‘I just remember going to the studio and the engineer is a man and the producer was a man too, and I was in college studying music and all the musicians were men too,’ she said, before revealing her ultimate goal.
‘I will never stop until I find and I see the same number of women as men in the studio.
‘As simple as that. We are here thanks to all of the women who came before us and we’ve gotta be here for all those who are coming.’
Last week, the singer was also spotted at Harry Styles’ concert, showing her support after striking up a close friendship with the former One Direction singer.
Opening up about their bond, Rosalia told Billboard recently: ‘He’s a good friend of mine, and he explained to me that he had this song and this video that was very special.
‘I saw the idea and I loved the idea. I feel so grateful that he counted on me. So I was there trying to use my best English accent as possible… It was a beautiful video… I love him, I love his music. I think he’s an amazing, super-talented musician.’
