Spurs boss Pochettino favourite for Juventus job after Max Allegri departure

MAURICIO POCHETTINO and Antonio Conte are the two early favourites to be the next Juventus boss.
The Serie A champions confirmed today that Max Allegri is leaving the club this summer despite guiding them to five-successive titles.
Mauricio Pochettino is among the early favourites to become the next Juventus managerReutersFormer Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is also heavily fancied to return to JuveGettyHis failure to deliver in the Champions League has left Juve looking for a fresh face in the dug-out.
And that could see them launch a raid on Tottenham to try and prise Poch away from the Premier League.
The bookies certainly seem to think so, with the Argentine the joint-fave to take the job.
But a familiar face could also be returning to Turin.
Ex-Juventus and Chelsea manager Conte is also priced the same at 7/4.
The 49-year-old spent three years in charge of the Old Lady between 2011 and 2014, winning the Scudetto in each of his campaigns at the helm.
And he could be an easier and cheaper option than Poch.
Conte has been out of work since he was sacked by Chelsea a year ago, taking a 12 month sabbatical from the game while the Blues continue to pay his wages for the final season of his contract.
A number of other big names are also among the early candidates at the bookies.
