Michael B Jordan and Jamie Foxx definitely scrub up well.

The actors attended the premiere of their new movie Just Mercy in London on Wednesday night.

The Black Panther star pulled off an incredible mint green suit as he walked the red carpet and spoke to press.

Meanwhile Jamie looked his typically cool self in a dark blue suit over a black shirt.

Set in 1988, Just Mercy – based on a true story – stars Michael as civil rights defence attorney Bryan Stevenson who comes to the aid of wrongly convicted death row prisoner Walter McMillian, played by Jamie Foxx.

They were joined at the Vue West End by the real life Bryan Stevenson. The film is based on Stevenson’s work and his memoir about McMillian’s case.

It comes after the actors attended an event at the House of Lords on Tuesday night.

During his appearance on The One Show, the Creed actor explained how his production company has an inclusion rider, which means it makes films that represent people from all walks of life.

He told hosts Matt Baker and Alex Jones that he wanted to make movies that properly portrayed people of colour, women, people with disabilities and the LGBTQ community.

In a previous interview with ITV News he called for the film industry to make changes.

‘Being black, you know, wearing this skin, knowing what it feels like, just seeing things that need to be fixed,’ he said.

‘We have a lot more steps to take, it has a long road to go but I feel like it helps that precedent across the board to get other production companies and studios to adopt that inclusion mandate.

‘And also I think it’s important just for future generations, if you ever want to see the industry reflect the actual world we live in and I think that’s the goal.’
