Journalist Walter Isaacson will release a new biography on Tesla’s CEO’s life on September 12.
Elon Musk and Grimes have quietly welcomed their third child into the world, breathing new life into Tesla’s CEO’s claims.
According to The New York Times review of Musk’s biography, written by journalist Walter Isaacson and set to be released on September 12, Musk, 52, and Grimes, 35, whose real name is Claire Boucher, welcomed their third child, a son named “Techno MacKenics,” also known as “Tau.”
It’s unclear whether the upcoming biography of the SpaceX founder provides more details about the child, including when and where he was born.
Musk and Grimes’ representatives did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Musk and Grimes welcomed their son X Æ A-12 on May 4, 2020, later changing his name to X Æ A-Xii and giving him the nickname “X” after three months of public debate.
Then, in December 2021, they welcomed a daughter via surrogacy, naming her Ex a Dark Side land giving her the nickname “Y” before publicly separating three months later after three years together.
In March 2022, during a Vanity Fair interview confirming the birth of Ex a Dark, Grimes admitted that she and her ex-partner had wanted more children, telling the outlet, “We always wanted at least three or four kids.”

In addition to their three children with Grimes, Musk is a father to his six children with his ex-wife, Canadian author Justine Wilson.

In 2002, Musk welcomed his first child with Wilson, Nevada Alexander, who tragically passed away from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) at the age of 10 weeks.
The former couple then welcomed twins, Vivian Jenna Wilson and Griffin, two years after the birth of their twin children.
According to court documents obtained by People, one of Musk’s now 18-year-old twin sons has legally applied to change his name and gender, stating that he no longer wishes to be associated with his father.
Wilson gave birth to her twin children two years after the birth of her twin children in 2006, naming them Kai, Saxon, and Damian.
According to court documents published by Insider on July 6, Musk secretly welcomed another set of twins, a son named Strider and a daughter named Aezor, with Shiva Zilis in November 2021. The twins were born in Austin, Texas – a few weeks before the birth of their and Grimes’ daughter.

In an interview with Wired last month discussing co-parenting with Musk, Grimes said they were in the process of figuring out what their children’s educational journey would look like.
She said, “I genuinely care about having a good relationship with my kids. I think I understand what it means to be a good parent. Apply discipline and be their friend, both.” “Who knows, maybe they’ll be mad at me and reject family culture, but I don’t think they will.
